Position Summary

Leads the execution of process and equipment installation projects for industrial facilities from concept through completion. This role manages multidisciplinary teams, oversees budgets and schedules, and serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for process and equipment installation projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and field operations
  • Support development of project proposals, bids, and cost estimates
  • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestone achievement
  • Serve as primary client contact and manage communication throughout the project
  • Oversee contract administration, including change orders and invoicing
  • Coordinate procurement and subcontractor activities
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and labor resources
  • Lead project meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support installation, startup, and commissioning activities
  • Manage project closeout, documentation, and final deliverables

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in project management within industrial or construction environments
  • Experience managing equipment installation or process-related projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, and scheduling
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel to project and client sites as needed
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments
