Position Summary

Responsible for managing industrial process piping and installation projects from concept through completion. This role oversees project scope, design coordination, cost tracking, and field execution while supporting installation teams and maintaining client relationships. The position requires managing multiple projects across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, proposals, and cost estimates
• Coordinate design, procurement, and installation activities
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines
• Track project costs, schedules, and performance metrics
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Support field teams during installation and startup phases
• Review and approve project-related invoices
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Assist in basic process system design and layout development
• Support development of P&IDs and equipment layouts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of project management experience in industrial or process environments
• Experience with piping systems, fabrication, or installation projects
• Familiarity with CAD tools and technical documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
