Position Summary

Leads the planning and execution of multidisciplinary design projects. Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of design projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Serve as primary client contact and provide regular updates
• Oversee contract administration and change management
• Ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements
• Support permitting and regulatory processes
• Monitor project performance and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in design or construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with project management tools and design software preferred
